Determine returns using a TWRR (Time-Weighted Rate of Return) method or an IRR (Internal Rate of Return) method. Multiple performance reports are available to examine overall account returns, household returns, individual security performance, categorical performance, performance versus benchmarks, customizable benchmarks and indices, and overall makeup of portfolio. We often build customized performance reports for clients looking for something outside our standard catalog of reports.

Meeting Prep & Execution

Make sure your ducks are in a row before the meeting starts with cyclical reports generated through our batch reporting system. However, should you need to run a report on-the-fly from your tablet, you can take advantage of our online reporting feature, enabling you to access additional reports swiftly.

This means that we handle gathering the data from each custodian where your accounts are held. We scrub the data clean to ensure that the data in your PowerAdvisor database is always report-ready and calculates performance accurately. We deal with the day-to-day administrative tasks so that you can focus on the strategy of investing.

Strategic Planning

Build and track models to monitor a portfolio’s composition overtime, and seek corrections to each asset allocation when needed. Reports can organize portfolio assets by asset class, sector, industry, security type, or further designations customized for the user.

Billing

Generate invoices with ease. Fees can be calculated based on performance, flat amounts, minimum amounts, AUM tiers for different rates, looking forward or back, and/or whether the account is grouped in a household or charged individually. Two distinct formats are offered, and often customized.

Invoices become especially pain-free when you leverage our back-office service - once a format is agreed upon, we can generate the invoices for you each quarter.

Data security

Keep all information on your accounts and clients in one, secure place. PowerAdvisor databases are protected by state-of-the-art data encryption and rigorous security protocols. Account numbers can be partially obscured in reports for an extra layer of protection on all outgoing media.
